The NetPod 4000 is a general purpose precision data acquisition system that can be configured for many different tasks. The instrument accepts up to 16 different analogue input modules and 8 different digital I/O modules. All of the inputs are opto-isolated as standard and offer true synchronised data acquisition operations so important in many condition monitoring applications. It is even possible to synchronise the data gathering between channels on instruments connected together on a network in order to form large scale monitoring solutions. |

The following page is provided to assist in the selection of instruments and sensor interface configurations for the creation of condition monitoring systems. A range of products are available and can be used for rotating machinery analysis up to rates to 50,000 rpm. Some of the Keynes Controls products can be supplied to operate in harsh environments and also underwater if required. |
For local operations a complete condition monitoring solution can be provided in a single instrument. |

NDACS 5000 Series instruments |
The NDACS 5000 series instruments are Keynes Controls precision high speed systems that offer unbeatable distributed high speed data acquisition and control capability. The 5000 series instruments are true real-time synchronised systems that can be networked together to form large scale distributed high speed monitoring solutions. |
The units are small and can be mounted very close to the source of the signals. The instruments can be provided with a range of enclosures for harsh and even underwater applications. Like all Keynes products a high dynamic range analogue input system is provided offering 24 bit ADC resolution even at fast rates. |
