Bespoke Systems Design Consultancy

Keynes Controls Ltd specialise in the measurement, reporting and control of remote applications. Our design engineers can undertake feasibility design studies for most engineering applications and can advise the best solutions for meeting the design specifications. Our systems can report data across the Internet, Global satellites and local area networks.

Systems Construction

The Keynes Controls systems utilise our wide range of products and integrated sensors to provide full engineering solutions. Our remote instrumentation systems can be provided with lightening and power supply transient protection making them reliable for unattended field applications. Our data loggers allow support remote software installation such that new features can be added or data downloaded without ever visiting a clients site.

Keynes Controls instrumentation is solely owned by the company and any technical support can often be supplied by the engineer who designed the products making support simple to undertake.

Data Reporting

Keynes Controls can offer full systems solutions including data reporting to secure web sites, data archiving and reports as well as supplying the instrumentations and at a daily rate. Commissioning Assistance

Keynes Controls have supplied and installed instruments all over the world and offer a full turnkey service including supply, installation, commissioning, and the remote reading, archiving and reporting of data. Should our customers prefer to use local contractors to carry out installation the the company can supply an engineer to oversee and advise with the installation, as we have done on many occasions. Our staff includes fully qualified engineers to Phd and BSc level.

Repair

Keynes repairs any instrument or readout manufactured by the company in our dedicated repair department. If an instrument or readout is beyond economic repair, then the company may be able to offer a trade in value or are able to offer a trade-in value (subject to condition) to a new instrument or readout.

Calibration

For our systems registered on our calibration database (please contact sales@keynes-controls.com), then Keynes will automatically send you a reminder when calibration is required. Clients registered for this service also benefit from a fast turnaround once their instrument or readout arrives at Soil Instruments. Depending upon contractual arrangements Keynes Controls can send our replacement instruments pre-configured for direct replacement for units sent back for calibration or repair. Service

Many instrument systems benefit from a regular service. Keynes recommend at least a yearly service for inclinometer systems and logger units and normall a calibration service is carried out at the same time.

Rental

For short duration projects, or if you have an urgent requirement, Keynes Controls Instruments holds an inventory of sensors and reporting systems available for rent, please cal for up to date pricing.
